Board Meetings The Board meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month. Here you can find information on upcoming board meetings and online archives of old meeting audio.

The Park Authority is now offering live internet audio of our Board Meetings. As a reminder, board meetings start at 7:30 pm. Please be advised that delays in receiving live audio can be from 5 - 30 minutes, due to network congestion. Please retry your connection often until you're able to hear the meeting or just leave it running until you can hear the Board Meeting. Alternatively, you can always come back the next day and listen to the archived audio version of the meeting. Click here to listen to our archives... Mousing over a date will show you details of the meeting. Click on the event and it will show you more details of the Board Meeting, including a link to download the agenda. You will also be able to receive a reminder of the board meeting 1 day prior in your email if you provide your email address. Alternatively, if you have Microsoft Outlook, you can export that calendar item to your Outlook Calendar.
