Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

To Your Prince William County Park Authority Board Meetings
The Board meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month.  Here you can find information on upcoming board meetings and online archives of old meeting audio.

Special accommodations / alternative formats are available upon request.   A minimum of two-week advance notice should be given.

The Park Authority is now offering live internet audio of our Board Meetings. As a reminder, board meetings start at 7:30 pm. Please be advised that delays in receiving live audio can be from 5 - 30 minutes, due to network congestion. Please retry your connection often until you're able to hear the meeting or just leave it running until you can hear the Board Meeting.
