Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

Are you looking for a longer, more involved program? We are proud to present our Children’s Dance, Playschool, and Tae Kwon Do programs for your consideration. We also have Adult Tap this year.

We offer a variety of movement, art, and enrichment programs geared for children 6 and under. We are sure you will find a great small program for your child! We also have an opportunity for children 10 and under to get a picture with Santa in December!
