“Personal training at CAFC is just that…personal. We design programs that are based on ongoing assessments of individual strengths, weaknesses, needs, and abilities. We offer one-on-one, buddy, small group and sport specific team training sessions. Sessions are usually hourly or can be arranged in half-an-hour increments. Our personal training staff is certified through nationally recognized and accredited agencies and seasoned in their areas of expertise. We create relationships with our clients that help them achieve their goals and remain motivated. Services available include:
Free Orientations- in a small group or one-on-one session you’ll learn how to use our exercise equipment. Free to all 6 and 12-month pass holders.
Teen Orientations- youth ages 12 to 15 learn how to use our exercise equipment in an appropriate manner specifically for them. Free to all 6 and 12-month pass holders and parental/guardian permission required beforehand. Beginning workout card and youth fitness card received after session.
Ages 12-13: covers how to use our cardiovascular equipment in a 30 to 60-minute session costing $30.00/participant or $40.00 for 2-participants.
Ages 14-15: covers how to use both our cardiovascular equipment and strength equipment in a 60 to 90-minute session costing $35.00/participant or $50.00 for 2-participants.
Profile & Consultation: learn how fit you are through a series of tests designed to give you a good indication of your current fitness level. Afterwards your results are evaluated and an action plan is created blending your results, goals, and objectives. This is a 90 to 120-minute session costing $95.00/participant.
“Getting Started”: a great way to begin an exercise program; you’ll go through a Profile & Consultation followed by three one-hour personal training sessions. Cost is $180.00/participant.
Post-Rehabilitative Personal Training: in conjunction with your physician, therapist, or and/or specialist our medical fitness specialists will create, adapt, or further your rehabilitation or exercise program. Cost is $75.00/hour.

Cancellations and expirations: please notify front desk or trainer 24-hours in advance if cancelling/rescheduling session. If notice is not received within 24-hours session is counted as used. 6-session package expire 6-months after purchase and 10 and 20-session packages expire 1-year after purchase.
Youth Personal Training Card: received after completing minimum of 10-sessions. This card gives participant access to fitness areas.
Small Group Personal Training: brings affordability and accountability to our newest service. Designed for individuals with like goals and abilities; up to 5 participants can work out together with sessions based on group’s need.
