Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

Welcome To Lake Ridge Golf & Marina:

One of the park's finest features is the challenging 9-hole, par-3 course designed to improve your short game. With wide greens and challenging terrain, Lake Ridge is a wonderful course for novice golfers or those who only have an hour or two for a quick round. Affordably priced for all seasons.

Lake Ridge Golf Course offers a variety of merchandise as well as rental equipment.
Special activities include golf tournaments and lessons; junior and senior citizen rates, a Ladies League as well as  Golf Camps. While at the course, we invite you to enjoy our driving cages and practice putting green for a good warm up. You can also rent the course for your company outing or a charity fund raiser.
