Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

Locust Shade Park Hours Of Operation
We maintain hours to take full advantage of your day.  Spend your afternoon picnicking, on the driving range, playing mini-golf or seeing a show at the Amphitheater.  We have plenty of time for you to fish and catch "the one that got away"!

Fishing is available from park opening until 1/2 hour prior to posted park closing time.

AMPHITHEATER
Family oriented shows are available at the amphitheater on Thursdays and sporadically on other days.
