ADDITIONAL FEES:
Alcohol Permit, $30 to P.A., $45 to ABC
Additional tables $15 (May not be available, must be pre-arranged on contract.)

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
(The Pavilion contract has additional specific rules that will apply)

Pavilions are not reserved until payment is received. Payment may be by check, cash or credit card. At this time reservations may not be made on line. Please contact the office through e-mail or at 703-221-8579. Rentals may be made up to one year in advance. If rental is not canceled more than 30 days in advance a $25 or 25% of rental fee (whichever is greater) will be withheld, plus $10 administrative fee. Rentals canceled less than 14 days in advance there will be no refund. Inclement weather may not be a basis for refund of fees.

Alcohol is permissible by PA and ABC permit only. Any contract involving alcohol must be at least 2 weeks in advance. The distribution and consumption of alcohol is within the pavilion area only. Permit must be posted in public view. Persons must be 21 years of age to posses, consume or serve alcohol. Sale of alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol use will end 1 hour before the end of the event or park closing. The person named on the ABC permit must be at the event and is expected to control all aspects of alcohol use. Park officials reserve the right to revoke any permit if rules and regulations of the PA and ABC Board are not observed. Obtaining the ABC permit will be the responsibility of the renter.

Any special activities such as DJ’s , bands, moon bounces must be approved in writing by management and must appear on your contract.

If additional security coverage is deemed necessary, PA will obtain coverage and charge the renter additional fees to cover expenses.

No collection of fees or charging of admission fees is permitted.

Rental with minors are expected to provide adult supervision for minors at all times.

No form of media advertising is permitted, e.g. newspapers, flyers, internet. All rentals must be by invitation only.
