Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

Our experienced and knowledgeable nationally certified  Personal Trainers are here to assist you with enthusiasm and dedication to help you get the most out of your workout time and to develop a program that meets your specific goals. We ensure customers safety, educate customers to make behavior modifications, and promote healthy fitness behavior that will last a lifetime. The Fitness Center is fully equipped with a variety of cardiovascular machines which include treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and rowers. In addition we have Circuit Training equipment, and a Free Weight Area.
