Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

Hours of Operation
We have convenient hours of operation for those on the go.  We realize that your time is important, and it is our responsibility to afford you your fitness time.

Below are the Aerobic Schedules in PDF Format. 

Hours Of Operation
Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Kids Korner Child Care Hours
Monday-Friday  8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

 

We have State Licensed staff trained in caring for children newborn to 13 years old.  Available to all Center participants.  $2.50 per hour.

Farmers Market
Located at Sharron Baucom - Dale City Commuter Lot behind Center Plaza is open April through mid-November on Sundays from 8am - 1pm

Batting Cage
9 Station baseball and softball cages open April - September, weather permitting.  Call 703-670-7112, extension 221 for hours.
