Activities for Adults

Dog Obedience   (ages 16)
Learn to better control your dog. Dogs must be 6 months or older. Handlers must be at least 16 years old. Both basic and novice classes are available. Training is provided by the Marumsco Dog Training Club. Call Veterans Park at 703-491-2183 prior to registration to receive the necessary paperwork required for registration. Inquire early; class size is limited.

Refresher / Advanced Manners for Your Dog (age 16 & up) 
Dogs must be 6 months or older.  Focus is on stronger sits/downs around increasing distractions, walking up to other dogs politely and much more!  You can be rewarded when testing your dog on the last class for his
AKC Canine Good Citizen certification.

Prerequisite: Basic Obedience or equivalent.
