Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

Veterans Park is the place to be for fun!  We have many different outdoor diversions for you to enjoy.

We have also recently completed an extensive renovation of our facilities including our swimming pool and indoor basketball court. Take a look at what we have to offer!

50 Meter Outdoor Swimming Pool
Our Outdoor Swimming Pool is 50 meters long and is the pride of the community.  You'll love the swim here.  We also have the new "Twister" slide for you to enjoy.

Community center with dance, karate, summer camps for kids and a gymnasium for sports team rentals.  A newly renovated basketball court too!
