Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

0 – 1 Year    FREE
2 – 59 years  $6.50
60+ years      $5.50
After 4pm      $5.00

PASS FEES

Family Pass – this is a 20 visit punch pass which can be used for up to 9 admissions per visit.  This pass will save $1.50 per admission!!
Family Pass    $100.00

After 4 pm Bargain Pass – this is a 20-visit punch pass that can be used after 4pm.  This pass will save $1.50 per admission (after 4pm)!!

Bargain Pass    $70.00
