Balance Your Life - Healthy Choices Support Group
Join Sharron Baucom - Dale City Recreation Center's support group and learn how to make healthy choices.  There will be body measurements taken at the beginning and end of the session plus weekly weigh-ins.  Each week will also include a discussion on a fitness or nutrition topic with our fitness professional and the chance to share with fellow participants.

WaterWorks Waterpark holds many different events during the Season.  One of our better known and VERY enjoyable one is:

Fabulous Fridays!

Come celebrate with us on Friday evenings.  We have 5 special Friday nights planned for the 2008 season.  There will be games, give-a -ways, and special food deals at each event.  Please join us from 4pm – 9pm on the following nights:

Luau at Waterworks        June 27th

Independence Day          July 11th
Wear your red, white, and blue and help us celebrate

50’s Night                       July 18th
Enjoy oldies music, concession prices rolled back

Sports Night                    July 25th
Wear your favorite team apparel

Pirate Night                     August 1st
There will be treasure hunt in the volleyball court
