The Prince William County Park Authority and the Northern Virginia BMX Parents Association (NOVA BMX) have entered into an agreement for the BMX Facility. Under the agreement, NOVA BMX has been given the authorization and  responsibility to promote, manage, and operate the BMX Track and related activities at the BMX Track.
