Our Gravity/Cycling Studio
Gravity’s a fun, innovating program that provides full body conditioning through resistance training and Pilates. Based upon using one’s own body weight as resistance, we offer a variety of classes to improve one’s well being. Whether it’s a 15-minute Blast Class, a Gravity 101 Class, or Pilates, you’ll find effectiveness and efficiency with our classes. Or as Gravity puts it; “Less clock, more rock!”
Cycling’s a cornerstone to any group fitness program and we’ve combined its effectiveness with Gravity giving the studio two fantastic programs for pass holders and guests to partake in. In fact, most participants enjoy both throughout the week.
