Alcohol is by permit only. Permits must be approved by this office at least 14 days in advance of your rental date. An alcohol fee of $40 is payable to the Prince William County Park Authority.
After approval, take or mail the rental contract with a completed ABC Board application to the ABC Board in Alexandria. Directions and phone number are available from this office. The ABC Board charges $55 for their banquet license and this fee is separate from the $40 charged by the Park Authority.
Your alcohol permit must be posted throughout your rental and the person listed on the permit must be present at all times during the rental. Alcohol consumption must cease one (1) hour prior to the ending time listed on contract. Alcohol is not permitted outside of the room that is contracted.
